A Box is where you gather a topic's documents. You upload contracts, minutes, quotes and policies, and they're organized in folders, ready to be asked.

But a Box isn't just a folder: it's a folder with a brain, and it has four parts. Its documents: the AI answers only with what's here. Its chats: your conversations with the AI, and you can give each one instructions. Its capabilities: you decide whether it can search the web, analyze data or edit files. And its people: who gets in and with what permission. In the app it looks like this. On the left, the Box's documents, in their folders. With the plus button, you give the chat instructions: you write how you want it to answer. And in Box settings, you turn each capability on or off, for everyone who chats here.

Now, Camila: better one Box per topic. Contracts in one, the tender in another, human resources in another. That way, when you ask, the AI searches only where it should, and answers more precisely. And if one day you need to cross topics, you connect the Boxes and ask them together.
