What it covers
Creating a Box in BrainBox takes one minute: you give it a name, upload your files or folders and BrainBox reads them for you. In the example, a public tender: as soon as you upload the tender documents and the addendum, BrainBox already knows the closing date changed, and cites it.

0:09Three steps
A Box takes one minute, in three steps. You create it, with a name that says the topic. You upload your files. And you ask it.
0:21Create and upload
In Boxes, click Create Box. Give it a clear name: Public Tender 2026. Open it: it's empty, ready to fill. In Add, choose Upload and add the tender documents, the addendum and the matrix. You see the size and how much room the Box has left. BrainBox uploads them and reads them for you. In seconds, they're ready. Try it: when does the tender close? October second. And look at the citation: it's the addendum, not the original tender. BrainBox found the change.
