Lesson 19 of 21 · 1:24

What it covers

Each Box holds one topic, but sometimes a question needs two. With Connections you bring in another Box, or just the folders you need, and BrainBox answers across both, citing which Box each fact comes from.

0:00Two topics, one question

Andrés asks whether Ferrolumina's warranty earns them points in the tender. The problem: the tender is in one Box, and the contract, in another.

0:11Connecting Boxes

Each Box holds one topic: the contracts, the tender, human resources. When you ask in one, the AI searches only there. But you can connect another Box, and a single question crosses both.

In the sidebar, open Connections. Here are your other Boxes. You can connect a whole one, or select just what you need: contracts and quotes. Connect selected, and done. Sources confirms it: three files from this Box, and four from the other. Now ask Andrés's question. The answer crosses both: the twenty-five points come from the tender documents, and the thirty-six-month warranty, from Ferrolumina's quote. Each one with its citation.

1:01Recap
