›What's the difference between my personal space and a workspace?

Your personal space is yours alone. A workspace is your team's space: Boxes, members and AI policies are shared there.

›How do I ask a specific file inside a Box?

Type @ in the chat and pick the file or folder. The answer focuses on those documents.

›Can I choose the AI model?

Yes. In the chat, the model picker shows more than 50 models from Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, DeepSeek and others, or you can leave it on Auto.

Laura just gave you access to Celtara's workspace in BrainBox. Where do you start? Let's take the tour: in three minutes you'll have it clear.

0:10Spaces

At the top left you switch spaces: your personal space, which is yours alone, and your team's workspaces, like Celtara.

0:20The menu

In the menu you have the Assistant, for general questions, your Boxes, and, if you manage the space, the members, the AI policies and the usage.

0:32Inside a Box

Now open Laura's Box. On the left are its files, organized in folders: contracts, minutes, quotes and even the committee recording.

0:45The chat

In the center is the chat. With the plus button, you upload files or give the chat instructions. With the at sign, you pick specific files. Here you choose the AI model, or leave it on Auto. And these shortcuts summarize your documents, build a concept map or a podcast, in one click.

In the side rail you have your chat history, connections to other Boxes and plugins, to work with your apps.

And at the top, the tutorials, and the button to share the Box with your team.

To recap: you switch spaces at the top left, in each Box you have the files on one side and the chat in the center, and with the plus, the at sign and the model, the chat does what you need.
