Before uploading company documents, IT needs clear answers. In BrainBox your information is stored encrypted, it isn't used to train artificial intelligence models on any plan, only the people you give access can see it and you can delete it whenever you want. And it's in writing in the terms.

›Does BrainBox use my documents to train artificial intelligence?
No. Neither your documents nor your questions are used to train BrainBox's or third parties' artificial intelligence models, on any plan. It's in the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
›Is my information encrypted?
Yes. It's stored encrypted at rest and travels encrypted. Credentials for the apps you connect also have their own layer of encryption.
›Who can see my documents?
Only the people you give access: by workspace, by Box, and with a Private folder only you can see.
